A Website Helping You Find & Compare Transportation from Bus Companies Serving Gaithersburg
The Best Gaithersburg Party Bus Rentals for Any Budget
alexandriapartybuscompany.com is a comparison website — not a bus company. It lets you compare transportation providers serving Gaithersburg, Rockville, Germantown, and the wider Montgomery County area, so you can browse vehicle types, compare amenities, and check pricing all in one place. No more calling company after company and waiting on callbacks that never arrive before your date books up.
Here's how it works: enter your trip details once — your date, headcount, pickup location, and where you're going — and the site returns available options from multiple providers in seconds. Party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos show up side by side with photos, passenger capacities, and flat all-inclusive rates. You can call anytime to walk through your options, compare packages, and find what fits your event.
alexandriapartybuscompany.com compares many providers instead of representing just one — that model means you get a much wider range of vehicles and price points than any single company can offer. Call 571-877-8480 any time or use the online quote tool to compare options right now.

Gaithersburg Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Party buses available in Gaithersburg typically come equipped with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED cabin lighting, a full-length onboard bar, premium Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — the right setup for a birthday night starting at RIO Washingtonian Center or a bachelorette evening working through the Kentlands bar stretch.
Minibuses bring powerful A/C and plush reclining seats, which makes them the clean pick for wedding guest shuttles running between Gaithersburg hotel blocks and ceremony venues. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — exactly right for bigger groups heading an hour south to Nationals Park or moving convention attendees between a Washingtonian Center hotel and a DC conference. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, so compare what each option includes when you pull your quote.

Get Gaithersburg Party Bus Prices Online
As an example to give you an idea, party bus and charter bus rental prices in Gaithersburg run roughly as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos cost $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses run $294–$490/hour; and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.

Find and Compare Options From Providers Serving Gaithersburg
Compare Upfront Pricing for Gaithersburg Bus Rentals
Finding party bus rentals in Gaithersburg the old way means tracking down companies, leaving voicemails, waiting on callbacks, and then trying to compare quotes that never add up the same way twice. alexandriapartybuscompany.com replaces that scramble: enter your trip once and see vehicle photos, passenger capacities, amenity lists, and estimated all-inclusive prices from multiple providers in under 30 seconds.
Because alexandriapartybuscompany.com compares options from many providers instead of representing a single operator, you get a much wider range of vehicle sizes and price points than any individual company can match. A 15-passenger party bus for a birthday night in the Kentlands, a 35-passenger minibus for a corporate shuttle between Shady Grove Metro and an I-270 tech campus, a 56-passenger charter bus for a group conference run into DC — there's a vehicle for each of those trips, and you can compare all of them without picking up the phone more than once.
Call 571-877-8480 any time for anything the quote tool doesn't answer. One call or one quick form gets you options to compare.
Gaithersburg Party Bus Rentals for Every Occasion
alexandriapartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find and compare group transportation for every kind of Gaithersburg event — from airport pickups and concert runs to weddings, prom nights, and corporate shuttles along the I-270 corridor. Call 571-877-8480 or use the quote form to find the right bus for your occasion.

Gaithersburg Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting a large group through airport arrivals is already a coordination puzzle — the last thing you need is to add parking logistics and multiple rideshares on top of it. Gaithersburg sits within roughly 40 miles of all three major regional airports, and a bus covers the entire round-trip in one trip.
BWI Marshall Airport runs approximately 40 miles east via MD-200 (the InterCounty Connector) to I-95 — typically a 45-minute run without heavy traffic. Washington Dulles International (IAD) sits 30–35 miles southwest via I-270 South, usually a 40–50 minute run. Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) is about 24 miles south on I-270 to the Capital Beltway — 35–45 minutes in normal conditions.
With a minibus or charter bus, the whole group lands, collects luggage, and loads at the commercial arrivals curbside together. No one scrambles to a rideshare app, and nobody gets stranded at Terminal B. Gather everyone first and confirm bags are in hand, then call 571-877-8480 to bring the bus to the curbside zone.

Gaithersburg Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The classic Gaithersburg bachelorette night hits the lakefront at RIO Washingtonian Center (9841 Washingtonian Blvd) for dinner and cocktails by the lake, moves through the Kentlands bar strip, and eventually heads south into the DC club corridor — all without anyone volunteering to drive, all without splitting into rideshares that somehow end up at different stops, and all without hunting for 3 AM availability when the night's wrapping up.
A 15- to 30-passenger party bus with a built-in bar, LED cabin lighting, and premium sound keeps the whole crew together from first pickup to final drop-off. The night runs on your schedule — add stops, extend the evening, or call it a night whenever the group is ready. Weekend evenings in Montgomery County book fast.
Whoever's organizing this one should call 571-877-8480 early to get started.

Gaithersburg Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival at a Sweet 16 or quinceañera venue is one of the most memorable entrances your daughter can make — and the banquet hall and event venue circuit around Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Germantown gives you strong local options for the celebration itself. Many 15- to 50-passenger party buses can be requested in specific exterior colors to match your theme, and the onboard bar, LED lighting, and sound system mean the celebration is already in full swing before the bus ever pulls up to the entrance.
For adult milestone birthdays, a night that starts at RIO Washingtonian Center and moves through the Kentlands before heading south into DC is exactly the kind of multi-stop itinerary where having one bus makes all the difference. Instead of losing half the group between stops while someone tries to coordinate three rideshares, everyone stays together for every moment of the night. Call 571-877-8480 to compare buses for your date and check availability.

Gaithersburg Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Arts Barn (311 Kent Square Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878) keeps a tight schedule of live concerts, chamber performances, comedy nights, and murder-mystery events in its intimate 99-seat theater — and a minibus that picks the group up from a Gaithersburg hotel and drops everyone at the Kent Square entrance makes the whole evening seamless.
For bigger touring acts, the group heads south. Capital One Arena (601 F St NW, Washington, DC) is about 28 miles down I-270 — and on show nights, the parking structures around Gallery Place charge $35–$50 and fill early. A charter bus drops your crew at the designated motorcoach zone on K Street NW between 8th and 9th Streets (a straight 6-minute walk to the arena entrance) and handles the post-show pickup while you skip the surge-priced rideshare line entirely.
For outdoor festivals that close surrounding streets and push Uber wait times past 45 minutes, having a bus staged nearby is the difference between getting home at midnight versus 2 AM. Call 571-877-8480 to set up your concert run.

Gaithersburg Corporate Event Transportation
Gaithersburg sits at the center of Maryland's I-270 Technology Corridor — a dense strip of biotech firms, federal contractors, and defense research institutions running north through Germantown. Getting a team of 20 to 40 employees from a Washingtonian Center hotel to an off-site leadership summit, shuttling conference groups between a Shady Grove hotel block and a DC venue, or running a daily employee loop between transit nodes and tech campuses is exactly where a charter bus or minibus earns back its cost in time and coordination.
I-270 southbound between Gaithersburg and the I-495 interchange is one of the most reliably gridlocked corridors in the DC metro area — the morning crawl from Shady Grove to the Beltway averages 45–60 minutes on heavy days. A recurring corporate shuttle eliminates that entirely. Groups heading to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (801 Mt Vernon Pl NW, Washington, DC 20001) or a Bethesda office load once and ride together instead of arriving frazzled in staggered waves.
Call 571-877-8480 to build a contract shuttle or a one-off corporate transfer.

Gaithersburg Private Event Transportation Services
The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair at 501 Perry Parkway draws upwards of 200,000 people to its 62-acre fairgrounds over nine days each August — August 14–22 in 2026. On-site parking runs $20 (cash or credit), and the lots fill by mid-morning on peak weekend days. A charter bus that picks up the whole group and drops everyone at the fairgrounds main gate eliminates the parking scramble and the August heat wait in a surface lot entirely.
For family reunions heading to Bohrer Park's pavilions — which hold up to 225 guests per pavilion — a charter bus running pickups from multiple locations keeps everyone on the same arrival timetable instead of trickling in over two hours. The Winter Lights Festival at Seneca Creek State Park is a drive-through experience that sells specific-date tickets in advance — a minibus keeps your group together for the full 3.5-mile circuit instead of coordinating a multi-car caravan that loses track of itself between displays. Call 571-877-8480 to plan your private event run.

Gaithersburg Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Montgomery County prom season — running from late April through May — is the single busiest window for party bus demand across the entire DC metro area. High schools from Gaithersburg and Germantown to Bethesda and Rockville schedule proms within the same compressed 6-week stretch, and available buses go fast across all of them at once. Book by December or expect premium pricing and very limited vehicle selection by spring.
A typical 5- to 6-hour prom package for a group of 20–30 students — home pickups, a photo stop at Seneca Creek State Park or the Kentlands, a dinner stop in Gaithersburg or Rockville, and a venue drop-off with a return run — booked in December runs considerably less than the same package booked in March. For homecoming in October, the window is shorter and the notice needed is a bit less. Either way, call 571-877-8480 to check what's available for your school's specific date.

Gaithersburg School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip coordinators dealing with I-270 traffic, county park parking, and the logistics of moving 30 or 40 students from a Gaithersburg school to a venue in DC already have enough to manage. A charter bus handles the pickup, the route, and the drop-off — with overhead bins for backpacks and lunch bags, a PA system for announcements, and enough seats to keep the entire class together instead of dividing into parent-volunteer carpools.
Common field trip destinations providers serving Gaithersburg regularly reach include Bohrer Park at Summit Hall Farm (506 S Frederick Ave), the Gaithersburg Community Museum in Old Town, and the broader DC museum circuit — the Smithsonian museums along the National Mall sit about 30 miles south on I-270. For longer drives or multiple stops, a full-size charter bus with an onboard restroom makes a significant difference on a 45-minute ride with a class of fourth graders. ADA-accessible buses are available — note that when you request your quote.
Call 571-877-8480 to confirm availability for your date.

Gaithersburg Sporting Event Transportation
Sports fans heading out of Gaithersburg are dealing with one of several traffic scenarios, and none of them are straightforward without a bus. Nationals Park (1500 South Capitol St SE, Washington, DC 20003) is about 31 miles south — on game days, the South Capitol Street approach backs up well before first pitch, and reserved lot parking near the Navy Yard runs $40–$55. A charter bus drops your group on Potomac Avenue SE near the south gate while the lots around the stadium fill up.
Commanders fans heading to Northwest Stadium (1600 FedEx Way, Landover, MD 20785) face a 30-mile drive east — zero Metro access, highway gridlock on MD-202, and a post-game parking lot that takes 45 minutes to clear even with your car already on the exit road. Capital One Arena is 28 miles down I-270 in downtown DC. For any of these trips, a 25- to 56-passenger bus keeps the pregame energy going from Gaithersburg to the stadium zone, and nobody's calling a rideshare in the dark at the end of the night.
Call 571-877-8480 to build your game-day transportation plan.

Gaithersburg Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Weddings in Gaithersburg and Montgomery County span a wide range of venues — the Georgian elegance of Kentlands Mansion (320 Kent Sq Rd, up to 110 seated guests), lakefront hotel receptions at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center, and estate venues scattered across the county. Getting guests reliably between a hotel block, a ceremony space, and a reception — when the gaps between locations span two or three miles of Montgomery County roads — is the logistics detail most couples underestimate until the week before.
A wedding shuttle minibus running a clean pickup loop between your hotel and the venue means no guest arrives late because they couldn't find parking, and no one in formal wear is waiting on a rideshare app at 10:30 PM when the dancing ends. For the bachelorette the night before, a party bus that starts at RIO and moves through the Kentlands keeps everyone together from first cocktail to last call. Because every pickup window and staging location is confirmed up front, your day-of timeline stays on track.
Call 571-877-8480 to start planning your Gaithersburg wedding transportation.

Gaithersburg Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Montgomery County's Tastemakers Trail connects more than 20 craft beverage producers across the county, and Gaithersburg sits in the middle of a solid cluster. Elder Pine Brewing & Blending, Stone Silo Brewing, and Waredaca Brewing — a farmhouse operation on an actual horse farm in Laytonsville, roughly 8 miles east of Gaithersburg — all sit within 20 minutes of each other. Downtown Crown Wine & Beer on Crown Farm rounds out a Saturday afternoon circuit that hits four distinct stops without anyone touching a steering wheel.
A 15- to 25-passenger party bus or minibus keeps the group together between taprooms — no splitting into cars that somehow end up at different stops, no one keeping a mental tab on who's holding the keys. For longer runs heading north along MD-355 into Frederick County's winery corridor, a charter bus with reclining seats and overhead storage handles the hour-plus ride without complaint. Check the Tastemakers Trail for a full list of Montgomery County producers before you plan your stops.

Popular Gaithersburg Party Bus Destinations
From the lakefront at RIO Washingtonian Center to the lit-up trails at Seneca Creek State Park, Gaithersburg has no shortage of places worth a group trip. Here are six destinations that regularly show up in Gaithersburg bus itineraries — with the logistics details that matter before you go.

RIO Washingtonian Center
RIO Washingtonian Center (9841 Washingtonian Blvd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878) is the anchor of Gaithersburg's dining and nightlife scene — a lakefront complex just off I-270 Exit 11 built around a 9-acre artificial lake, with AMC Dine-In Theatres, Dave & Buster's, a carousel, paddleboat rentals, and a ring of lakefront restaurants that stay busy on weekend evenings. The surface lots along Washingtonian Boulevard fill up before 7 PM on busy nights, and the loop roads through the complex can back up during peak hours. A party bus drops the group at the complex entrance and stages nearby — no circling for a spot, no one wandering off into a far parking structure.
The complex hosts free lakefront live music events through spring and summer. For birthday and bachelorette runs, RIO is a natural first stop before the group heads south into DC later in the evening.
Address: 9841 Washingtonian Blvd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 | Phone: (301) 203-4187

Kentlands Mansion
Kentlands Mansion (320 Kent Sq Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878) is a city-owned Georgian-style estate built in the early 1900s — 22-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, mahogany paneling, and a graceful foyer staircase that makes for an entrance. The venue holds up to 110 seated guests indoors or 150 in cocktail setup, and it hosts weddings, receptions, corporate off-site meetings, art exhibitions, and chamber music performances year-round. It sits in the heart of the Kentlands neighborhood, a walkable district of boutique shops and restaurants — so arriving by minibus means guests can extend the evening into the surrounding area without needing a car.
Parking on Kent Square Road is limited on busy event weekends; a minibus that drops and returns at a confirmed time eliminates that friction entirely. Check the official Kentlands Mansion page for rental availability before your event.
Address: 320 Kent Sq Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 | Phone: (301) 258-6425

Seneca Creek State Park & Winter Lights Festival
Seneca Creek State Park (11950 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878) covers 6,300 acres along 14 miles of Seneca Creek — hiking and horseback trails, Clopper Lake for boating and fishing, and picnic areas that handle large group outings throughout the year. The signature organized-group draw is the Winter Lights Festival: a 3.5-mile holiday light drive-through running nightly from late November through December 31 that celebrated its 30th season in 2025. Tickets sell for specific dates in advance, and December weekend nights sell out weeks ahead.
A minibus keeps your whole group together for the full circuit — no multi-car caravan coordination, no one missing the synchronized displays while looking for the entrance. It's worth locking in tickets at the official Winter Lights page well before your targeted night and booking a bus for the same time.
Address: 11950 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878

Montgomery County Agricultural Fairgrounds
The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair (501 Perry Parkway, Gaithersburg, MD 20877) is Maryland's largest agricultural event — nine days on a 62-acre site with more than 50 exhibit buildings, 5,000+ animals, carnival rides, a demolition derby, monster trucks, and nightly live entertainment. The 2026 fair runs August 14–22. On-site parking is $20 (cash or credit, Perry Parkway entrance), and lots fill by mid-morning on weekend days at peak attendance.
Free parking and shuttle service is available from Montgomery College's Rockville and Germantown campuses on fair days for groups preferring to leave personal vehicles off-site. A charter bus that loads the whole group from a hotel or neighborhood and drops everyone at the main gate eliminates the per-car parking cost and the August heat wait in a surface lot. Check the official fair parking page for current lot information before your visit.
Address: 501 Perry Parkway, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 | Phone: (301) 926-3100

Bohrer Park at Summit Hall Farm
Bohrer Park at Summit Hall Farm (506 S Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877) is Gaithersburg's most versatile group destination — a public park with two large picnic pavilions each seating approximately 225 people, a resort-style water park that opened in 1990, an 18-hole miniature golf course, a skate park, and the Activity Center for indoor events. Family reunions, corporate picnics, and church groups that book the pavilions at capacity routinely move 150 to 225 guests. S Frederick Avenue backs up on busy summer weekends when the water park is at capacity and events are running simultaneously.
A charter bus or minibus that runs the pickup circuit from a hotel or neighborhood and deposits the entire group at the park entrance keeps the arrival organized. ADA-accessible buses are available — note that when you request your quote.
Address: 506 S Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877

Arts Barn
The Arts Barn (311 Kent Square Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878) is a 19th-century horse stable converted into Gaithersburg's performing and visual arts hub — a 99-seat theater running concerts, plays, musicals, magic shows, murder-mystery nights, and comedy events year-round alongside rotating gallery exhibitions. Because the Arts Barn sits next to Kentlands Mansion in the Kentlands neighborhood, a single evening can move from a show at the Arts Barn to dinner at Kentlands Market Square without anyone needing a car. Kent Square Road street parking is limited on performance nights.
A minibus that picks the group up from a Gaithersburg hotel and drops everyone at the Arts Barn entrance — then returns when the show wraps — makes the whole evening effortless. Check the Arts Barn calendar for current programming before booking your transportation.
